The below-detailed policies will apply to any products sold exclusively on vaarahisilks.com.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be issued only for eligible returned products after inspection by our Quality Check (QC) team.
Eligibility and Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
- Refund will credited within 7-14 days to original Payment method.
- Alternatively, customers may opt for an exchange of an equal or lesser value product. The exchange will be given 7-14 days.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Returns requested after the specified 7-day time frame.
- Products that fail to meet the return eligibility criteria.
Process for Refund
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the inspection process may take up to 7 working days.
- If the mistake is on Vayyaarie Sarees’ part, courier charges will also be refunded as a credit note.
